Deposit Policy
Before scheduling your tattoo appointment and sending a deposit, please be aware that your medical history may impact your ability to get tattooed. Kindly take this into consideration before booking your tattoo and sending your deposit.
Deposit Guidelines:
All deposits are non-refundable
Deposits are non-transferable and cannot be used by someone else.
Upon deposit payment, you acknowledge that you have clearly communicated your tattoo design idea and reviewed the artist's portfolio to ensure satisfaction with their ability to execute your concept.
Tattoo design creation is subjective, and variations may exist between the concept and the finished design.
Our artists do not copy reference images.
If the finished design is not to your liking, minor changes will be made for you. Substantial changes or requests for a completely new drawing require a new deposit, with the original deposit considered payment for the artist's drawing time.
All artists require a deposit, and the amount is determined by them.
Rescheduling is not possible.
Deposits for full-day appointments may be £100 or more.
Your appointment is not secure without a deposit. We will not indefinitely hold your deposit.
Deposits can be paid in cash, PayPal, or bank transfer.
Sunburned skin cannot be tattooed. If you arrive with sunburn, your appointment will be rescheduled to the artist's next available date and a new deposit may be required.
Complimentary touch-ups are at the discretion of your tattoo artist, and you only get a maximum 2-3 months to decide to get a touch-up. A £30+ set-up charge applies after this period.
Our deposit policy is final, and no exceptions can be made. Please keep this in mind when scheduling an appointment at Edas Tattoo Studio.

Tattoo Gift Voucher

Our gift cards offer the perfect present for your loved ones and are available to purchase in-store and online all year round.
Presented impressively and available in multiple values they can be used against any tattoo booking. Vouchers may also be used as a deposit to secure a booking, however, please note that the same terms and conditions apply as a regular deposit and these are made clear on booking.

– If used as a deposit for a booking 48 hours notice must be given for cancellations or rescheduling appointments to avoid loss of voucher.

– Please note we can’t guarantee availability with a specific artist.
– Gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash.
– Gift cards can only be used for tattoos. This gift certificate is non-transferable and resale is prohibited.
